1. If I receive a diploma from your program, what can I do with it?

Our online high school diplomas are intended to be used like a traditional high school diploma. This diploma is a certificate that states the graduate has successfully passed our online testing platform and deserves the recognition that comes with it. The majority of graduates who complete the online program will use their diploma in the following ways:

• Apply for a new job
• Apply for a promotion at an existing job
• Seek acceptance at a technical school or trade school that accepts our diploma
• Seek acceptance at a community college or university that accepts our diploma
• Supplement preparation for the GED
• Personal satisfaction of academic acheivement

2. Is your online program accredited?

Columbia North High School provides an accelerated program for individuals who do not have the time or ability to attend traditional schooling. Our program is designed to be completed online and at the pace set by each individual. Due to our fast paced curriculum, our online high school is not accredited. We advise students who are considering "accredited" online high schools, to be very cautious. If a website states that they are "accredited" and their program is shorter than a 2 month course, they are fraudulent. Purchasing a fake diploma from a website that claims accreditation can put the student at risk as well as the website owner. Our online school is a member of the Capitol Network for Distance Learning Programs. CNDLP enforces strict guidelines to members and continually monitors their programs to ensure these rules are being met. Our free lifetime verification services and membership with CNDLP ensures most employers accept our diploma as they would a traditional high school diploma.

3. What is included in my graduation package?

When an eligible graduate orders their graduation package, our school provides a variety of articles of achievement and ongoing services. Below are what each graduation package includes:

• A fine quality high school diploma awarded to the particular graduate
• A fine quality set of high school transcripts with the graduate's test scores
• A set of fax quality high school transcripts upon request of the graduate
• A high quality tassle of achievement
• Free lifetime counselor verification services
• Free lifetime counselor assistance and consultation

4. What is the cost for this program?

Columbia North High School provides an equal opportunity for individuals online. Our school provides enrollment in the program and the entire testing platform at NO COST to students. Students are encouraged to take the course in preparation for the GED, traditional high school testing or to receive their high school diploma package. Should an eligible graduate student wish to receive their graduation package, they can order it for $249 with FREE shipping.

5. When I complete the program, will I receive a diploma or GED?

You cannot receive the GED online. The official GED can only be administered in a local area that is designated and has the proper supervision needed. Individuals can prepare for the GED online by taking our free online program as practice and supplemented with our new GED study guide kit. Our online school awards a real high school diploma to graduates who successfully complete the course and order their graduation package.

6. When can I expect to receive my diploma package?

When a graduate has submitted their enrollment application, final test scores and order details, our administrators require one business day to verify and process the information. Should there be an issue with any of the above stated deliverables that a graduate submits, the administrator will immediately email and/or call the graduate to address the concern before releasing the diploma package for shipment. Should there be no issue with the graduate's pending information, our administrator will notify our shipping department to release the package for shipment through UPS. Based on the shipping selection that the graduate made when completing the order form, our staff will adhere to those parameters when choosing shipping options. Typically, it takes 2 business days to receive the graduation package from the time a graduate completes the submission of details to our staff through the online program.

7. What type of payment options do I have when I order the graduation package?

Columbia North High School provides an equal online environement for all students who wish to receive their graduation package. Keeping this in mind, our school offers a variety of payment options and payment plans to give each student the chance to receive their high school diploma no matter their financial position. Our online school accepts credit card, check or money order when a student is prepared to order their diploma package. Credit card and check payments can be made either online or over the phone through one of our counselors. Money order payments will need to be mailed to our school headquarters. We require the graduate student to notify our staff through the program's contact us form prior to sending the money order so as we can be alerted to receive and process the document quickly. This will help expedite the diploma package to the graduate.
