8. What are the benefits of your online program?
Our online high school provides a unique opportunity for individuals who have dropped out of high school, don't have the flexibility or can't allocate the time for traditional schooling. The program applies an accelerated curriculum that can be taken at any pace without restrictions. Students can enroll in the course, finish it at their own pace and order the diploma package while in the comfort of their homes and around their schedule. Our course is likened to a fast paced GED online alternative as it covers each of the main subject criteria that the actual GED has. Our high school also employs flexible payment plans to assist financially challenged graduates who now have the ability to order their high school diploma.
9. How will a potential employer verify my education?
When a graduate of our test program orders their diploma package, they will receive a toll free number to directly reach our counselors. If an employer or potential organization would like to have their representative speak with our counselors, our staff will be obliged to speak with them. The graduate will be required to contact our counselors to notify them of the requested call. We can then instruct the graduate as to next steps to complete the verification. Should an organization or institution request documentation proof of a graduate's academic credentials, our fax quality transcripts can be sent to them for review as well as a fax quality high school diploma upon request by the graduate. These articles and the lifetime verification ensure most employers and organizations will accept our diploma as they would a traditonal high school diploma.
10. What if I'm not satisfied?
Columbia North High School stands by the proven online high school program, graduation package and free lifetime verification services for graduates. Should a graduate be not entirely pleased with their diploma package, they may return the package to our school headquarters within a 30 day period of time and receive a refund. The graduate will need to pay for the return shipping and be sure each item is in the package and they are as they were before the package was opened. The graduate will need to notify our counselors before they ship the return so our staff may be alerted to its arrival. This will help expedite the refund processing to the graduate. Once our staff verify the return package is in order, they will begin the refund transaction minus a $15.00 return processing fee. When this is finished, they will then notify the graduate of the pending return on the original form of payment used.
