Graduation Parcel Contents
Upon the completion of our online testing program, a graduate will have the opportunity to order their graduation package. The description of the contents on this page only pertain to individuals who are eligible and have ordered graduation package. This package will include an authentic high school diploma awarded to the graduate and other documents that are detailed below.

Authentic High School Transcripts
Each graduate who orders their diploma package will also receive a fine quality set of their course transcripts. These transcript documents are printed on the same high quality paper as the high school diploma and include the Columbia North High School seal of authenticity. The seal, as on the high school diploma, cannot be copied or forged. The purpose of the transcripts is to accompany the high school diploma and verify the grades the graduate received for each subject they took in the online course. These documents will additionally show the life experience essay that the graduate completed as the final stage of the online test program. |

Authentic High School Diploma
Each high school diploma awarded by Columbia North High School is printed on the finest quality paper as a traditional high school diploma is. Our high school diplomas are crafted with the standard dimensions of 8.5 X 11 inches in circumference. All diplomas that our online school awards to graduates are printed with fine detail and never copied. As pictured above, our diploma will feature our school seal of authenticity to ensure against artificial duplication. |
Fax-Quality Transcripts
Each graduate has the opportunity to request a set of fax quality transcripts which can be used in order to verify to a potential employer or institution that they have completed our online test course. These documents will be identical to the fine quality transcripts accompanied in each graduation package, except they will be printed on paper that is convenient to easily fax. In order to receive the fax quality transcripts, a graduate must use the contact information provided in the diploma package to reach our administrators who will be happy to send the docs upon verification that the caller is an official graduate.

Columbia North High School gives each graduate the opportunity to utilize our free verification services provided by our staff of counselors. Verification is an important part of the graduation package as a significant number of employers, institutions and organizations require it before considering a candidate. Our school employs the highest quality level of communication with the graduate and potential employer or representative considering the graduate. In order to take advantage of this free lifetime service we offer, a graduate must contact our counselors from the information provided in the diploma package. They will then receive instructions on how to initiate the verification process between our online school and the potential employer/representative.

Columbia North High School is proud to offer individuals the opportunity to accomplish educational goals online and in an accelerated format. We are also confident with the student services and quality of our high school diploma graduation package. Should a graduate not be entirely satisfied with their diploma package, our school offers a 30 day money back guarantee of the entire package. In order to initiate the return process, we ask the graduate to contact our counselors from the details that are provided in the graduation package.
