Our online high school is proud to offer individuals the opportunity to further their education credentials after passing the test program. The program was designed specifically for students and individuals who do not have the time, resources or flexibility needed to complete traditional schooling. Our online GED alternative course offers an immediate solution for those who need to expand their education in a short time span.
If for any reason a graduate who has ordered the high school diploma package is not satisfied with the contents, we'd like to know. Our counselors will work earnestly to help alleviate any concerns or questions that can be resolved. For instance, in a rare circumstance, a certain graduation package may be missing an item or was damaged upon transit to the graduate. In cases like these and others, our school staff will be prepared to assist and make this situation a positive outcome.
Should the graduate have concerns that reach past these example circumstances and still request a to return the graduation package, our staff will quickly help with this process. In order to be eligible for a full refund, the graduate must contact our counselors within 30 days from the date they received their graduation package. In some cases, our school will allow graduates who are past the 30 day guarantee period to have the opportunity to return the package for a full refund. We want to reiterate that our program and online school have one purpose and that is to serve the best interests of students who need an academic alternative to traditional teaching.
In order to expedite a graduate's return of their diploma package, they will need to establish a time with the counselor on when the package will be at our school headquarters. The graduate will then need to package each item that was included in the initial delivery and ship the parcel to our school while notifying our staff of the incoming delivery. Once our administrators receive and reveiw that the package is in its' entirety, they will notify the graduate and prepare the full refund excluding a $15.00 return processing fee. The graduate will also need to pay for the return shipping to our school headquarters.
If the individual paid with a credit card, they can expect to have their return processed and available on the original card within three business days. Those who paid with check or money order will have their refunds mailed out and in their hands within fifteen business days. There is a longer duration of time to receive the refund by check or money order as our school will need to request approval, draft a return check to the individual and mail it to them in this period of time.
Columbia North High School does not offer any express warrantees, endorsements or representations of the program or the high school diploma awarded by completing the program. It is up to the organization or employer if they wish to accept our diploma and online curriculum. While a great many organizations and institutions will accept the online diploma that we award students who successfully pass, it is the graduate's responsibility to contact a particular representative or employer prior to ordering our graduation package, to ensure they will honor the high school diploma.
