Let us know if there is something we can do to make you satisfied. If we are able to help you reach satisfaction, we will do so.

However, if you are still not satisfied, we will give you the option of a refund. Let us know that you are still not happy with the program and the contents of your graduation package within 30 days of receiving it in order to qualify for our money back guarantee.

After you have informed us of your dissatisfaction, fill out your return request approval form and mail it, along with your graduation package. As soon as we receive the items, we will begin processing your return order. We will then refund your money, minus the $15.00 processing fee and shipping fees.

If you paid by credit card, you can expect to have your refund placed on your card within three business days. Those who paid with check or money order can expect to have their refunds within fifteen business days.

We do not offer any implied or express warrantees, endorsements, or representations. Please keep in mind that it is up to organizations if they wish to accept our program.
