Tuition Payment Options
Columbia North High School provides an equal opportunity for students who are financially incapable of paying for the graduation package at once. Multiple types of payments are also accepted. We encourage our graduate students to choose the option that works best in their unique situation. The below information details the specific payment plans and options our online school accepts from graduates who have completed the test program.
The first option is to pay for the graduation package in full. You may do this either with a credit card or money order. Depending on which of the two options you choose, total price and time duration to receive the graduation package will differ.
Payment Option #1
1 Credit Card payment of $249.00 with Free 2-Day Shipping Included
This is the fastest way for a graduate to receive their high school diploma graduation package. By completing a one time payment with their credit card, our administrators will be able to process, package and deliver the graduation package typically within 2 business days from the time the order was recieved.
To pay with 1 credit card payment, log into your account to complete the transaction.
Payment Option #2
1 Money Order payment of $249.00 with Free 2-Day Shipping Included
This method will require the graduate to mail us a payment via money order. The graduate will need to contact our staff to receive shipping instructions to send their money order. Once our administrators have received the payment, they will begin processing the order immediately. When the order and verification of the graduate is complete, they will ship the graduation package through FREE 2-Day USPS shipping.

Payment Plans
Our online school now offers payment plans for those who would like to get their graduation package but do not have the entire amount needed to complete the order in one payment. Our payment plans consist of 3 payments via credit card or money order. All graduation packages will ship after the second payment is received.
Payment Option #3
3 Evenly-Split Credit Card Payments of $83.00 with Free 2-Day Shipping Included
This method allows the graduate to make 3 even installments using their credit card over a 60 day period of time. The payments are due as follows:
- The first payment of $83.00 is due upon set up of the payment plan.
- The second payment of $83.00 is due 30 days after first payment was made.
- The third payment of $83.00 is due 60 days from when the first payment was made.

Payment Option #4
3 Evenly-Split Credit Card Payments of $83.00 with Free 2-Day Shipping Included
Graduates who choose this option will need to mail in each of the 3 equal payments that will be due in order to receive their graduation package. The payments are due as follows:
- The first payment of $83.00 is due upon set up of the payment plan.
- The second payment of $83.00 is due 30 days after first payment was made.
- The third payment of $83.00 is due 60 days from when the first payment was made.

Payment Option #5
Custom Payment Plan According To Your Budget
If the above 4 payment plan options are not ideal for your needs, you may also contact a student advisor who can arrange a payment plan that is tailored to your budget requirements. You may start with as little as $49.00 today. This will allow our advisors to begin drafting your high school diploma and transcripts to hold while the paymnets are made.
Overnight Shipping
We now offer overnight shipping as an option for individuals who want their diploma package shipped faster than the Free USPS 2-Day Priority Shipping. When you are ready to purchase the high school diploma package with overnight shipping, log into our secure admin and you will have the option in the checkout section to add this as an option. If you need additional help or have questions about our overnight shipping, please contact a student advisor who will assist you by phone or email.
Credit Cards
Credit card payments can be made over the phone or through our secure servor online while a graduate is logged in their account. When paying by credit card, a graduate can expect to receive their diploma package in a shorter duration of time than if they opt to use a money order payment. Online checks are also accepted. Please contact our staff directly to learn how to complete this option.
Money Orders
Money order payments will need to be mailed directly to our school headquarters. Please note that as these payments must be mailed, they will take longer to receive and process compared to using a credit card through the secure servor or over the telephone. Should a graduate wish to receive their diploma package quickly, we recommend them to use a credit card either in full or alternatively with the 3 payment plan option.
